Move-In/Move-Out Appointments

A Move-In or Move-Out Appointment is a designated 30-minute window of time for you to arrive at the loading or unloading area of your residence hall during fall move-in or spring move-out. All students MUST select an appointment. The purpose of the appointment is to minimize traffic delays and maintain efficiency throughout the move-in or move-out process.

Move-Out Appointments for Spring 2024 will launch in the Campus Housing portal in myUK on April 1.

Move-In Appointments for Fall 2024 will launch in the Campus Housing portal in myUK in mid-to-late June.

Only dates and times will be visible to you in myUK based on your residence hall, Living Learning Program and any other applicable group or organization to which you belong. A limited number of appointments will be available at each time slot, so we strongly encourage selecting your appointment as soon as possible.

• If you need to remain on campus beyond your last spring semester final, you must notify your Resident Director and UK Campus Housing by no later than Monday, April 22.
• If you are graduating this May, you will be able to stay in your current hall until 3 p.m. on Saturday, May 4. Should you need an exception to stay beyond this time, you must contact your Resident Director by Monday, April 22 to make alternate arrangements.
