The university restricts applicants for short-term housing (as space is available) to the following:
- Visiting scholars, visiting scientists, visiting researchers
- Faculty in transition
- Other short-term visitors with an academic purpose

Application
A $50 non-refundable application fee is required and must be submitted with the application form; the application will not be processed without this fee. Please contact the Graduate and Family Housing Office at ukapthousing@uky.edu to request an application and the link to pay the application fee. Should your card decline, please notify us at ukapthousing@uky.edu.
Rent and other charges may be paid online or in person in the Graduate and Family Housing Office. Acceptable credit cards are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
