Living options include furnished and unfurnished spaces, efficiency and one-bedroom apartments as well as two-bedroom apartments and a few two-bedroom townhomes.
University Flats is the University of Kentucky's newest residential community with one wing specifically for UK graduate students, postdoctorate fellows and researchers, and medical residents.
