North Campus

Our North Campus residence halls are conveniently located close to many dining options and are just a short walk to downtown Lexington, Rupp Arena, the UK Student Center, White Hall Classroom Building and Patterson Office Tower.
The University of Kentucky has implemented a waitlist for any incoming student who applies for campus housing after the June 1, 2025, deadline.
More students are choosing to live on campus at UK and submitting their housing applications earlier than ever before. New students are encouraged every year to submit their housing and dining application as soon as they receive their UK acceptance letter.
First-time First year and Transfer students can still submit their 2025-26 UK Campus Housing and Dining application and contract to be automatically added to the housing waitlist. However, joining the waitlist does not guarantee housing for Fall 2025.
Planned Maintenance (SAP Systems)
Saturday, June 14, from 8:00 AM-12:00 PM UK Information Technology Services (UK ITS) will be conducting technical maintenance that will require systems to be offline or have limited functionality as part of the monthly maintenance for SAP systems. The UK Campus Housing application will be temporarily unavailable during this time.
