- One-bedroom unit consisting of a living room with a dining area, one bedroom (full size bed), full kitchen and full bath; maximum occupancy is 1 person.
- Two-person suite consisting of two bedrooms (Twin XL size beds), a shared bathroom which separates the two rooms; maximum occupancy is 2 persons.
- A laundry room and ice machine are located in the basement.
- Linen packs are available for rent which includes bedding, towels, a starter roll of toilet paper and bar of soap. The rent rate is $30 for the first month and $15 each subsequent month. Please note on the application or in your email if you would like to rent a linen pack.

Rooms at 410 Rose Lane are equipped with full bathrooms, and each unit offers a Twin XL bunked bed with mattress and frame, micro fridge, dresser, desk, desk chair, TV, and a clothing rack for each student. Laundry facilities will also be available on-site.
Will I have Internet Service?
Yes, wireless access is provided for each room.

Where will I park?
Students who are assigned to 410 Rose Lane may purchase a Residential permit. To purchase a permit online, simply log into your customer account using your linkblue ID and password. For more details about parking permits and campus bus routes, please visit our Transportation Services website.
