Standard furniture is provided according to apartment community and the size of the apartment; some appliances may be furnished.
We do NOT alter the standard furniture, however we will:
- Remove ALL furniture.
- Remove our beds and leave the rest of the furniture.
- Remove our furniture and leave the beds.
ROOMMATES: If you choose to have a roommate, we will provide a bed, desk, and desk lamp but NO other furniture. A $25 delivery fee will be charged.
VISITORS: We do not provide furniture for visitors.
Residents must request all furniture changes in the office. There is a $25 delivery and pickup fee. The furniture fee will be charged to add or remove furniture for any reason.
