Summer Housing:
The Summer Housing Application will officially open on March 1. Students in need of housing for the summer can apply by visiting the Campus Housing portal within myUK and selecting Summer Housing 2026. There is no deadline to apply for summer housing and UK will assign students based on their arrival and departure dates. Summer residents will live in Woodland Glen 4 (WG4) and may purchase Flex Dollars to use in dining facilities rather than purchase a dining plan for the summer months. Summer rates for a shared 2-Bedroom Suite are listed below:

Dining Plans:

1 For 2026 - 27, an additional “break housing fee” of $107 per semester is charged to residents of Blazer Hall, Smith Hall, Wildcat Coal Lodge, and Woodland Glen IV to accommodate students who require housing during all academic recesses.
2 Boyd Hall and University Flats remain open during all academic recesses of the University for the 2026-2027 academic year to accommodate students who require housing during these periods.
3 Residents of University Flats are not required to have a dining plan.
4 A limited number of 2-bedroom deluxe suites, 2-person suites, and 2-bedroom apartments are available.
5 Monthly Summer Housing is available during summer break—in a designated summer housing building—for students enrolled in the preceding spring term or the following fall term, but not enrolled in summer school.
6 All Access White is the default dining plan.
